During our stay, we were disappointed to find no tea or coffee facilities in the room, which would have been a lovely touch for afternoon relaxation. The breakfast offerings were unsatisfactory, featuring the same stale bread rolls every day. Additionally, although the beds were pushed together, we continued to receive separate duvets, which made sleeping comfortably a challenge.

This hotel suited our needs for our stay during the Christmas markets. Staff showed a helpful attitude throughout our visit. The location made it easy to explore Nuremberg castle, just a short walk away. We enjoyed the small balcony overlooking a park, which added a relaxing touch. However, the room had no tea or coffee facilities, making it inconvenient for afternoon breaks. the experience was dreadful. my room was tiny and the shower drain was blocked. what surprised me most was that i wasn’t offered even a complimentary bottle of water after carrying my bags up three flights of stairs. i almost considered writing a good review, but i just couldn’t, given the utter lack of attention to detail.

Rooms felt cramped for the price!!! Bathroom toiletries were lacking, only a tiny bar of soap for six days!!! Guests should be informed about kitchen and dining facilities closing during their stay!!!

I loved waking up every morning knowing Nuremberg Castle was just a short stroll away. The cozy atmosphere combined with a friendly staff made my stay delightful.

The location near the Old Town made exploring a breeze! The small balcony provided a peaceful view of the park. Breakfast offered a good selection, allowing us to enjoy our meals on the sunny terrace. For convenience, consider a taxi if you arrive by train.

The stay was lovely. the balcony was a nice retreat, and the breakfast had great selections. Just wish there was a kettle in the room, but overall, I'd return.
